Since the Veil separating the Afterlife from the world of the living violently ruptured, you've seen the grip of death grow on the Megalopolis, the only home you’ve ever known. Many of its residents now take refuge in the augmented reality of ASTRAL Corp. Connecting to the other world, they become obsessed with knowledge from beyond the grave or locked in nostalgia for a bygone era.
